Bespoke training

In-house training written for your workplace

Non-accredited sessions designed for corporations that need staff trained on a specific area of the job. That can be a WHS procedure, a psychosocial hazard, or how a general worker handles waste. The content follows your policies, not a generic pack.

Built around your procedure

A national unit is the right choice when you need a statement of attainment. It is not always the right choice when the risk is specific to your site. In-house non-accredited training lets a corporate team cover the steps their people actually use: the reporting line, the container, the escalation path, or the behaviour expected after an incident.

We consult before the session. We add the elements that matter for your workplace and take out anything that is not relevant. The same program can then be delivered at more than one site, so each team hears the same standard. A certificate is issued for workplace training records.

Why a non-accredited session suits a workplace

Aligned to policy

The session is written to the organisation’s own procedures, reporting lines and risk controls, rather than a generic national unit.

Relevant to the role

Content is limited to the hazards and tasks the cohort actually performs, so time is spent on operational risk rather than material that does not apply.

Consistent across sites

One approved program can be delivered at multiple locations, giving the organisation a single standard for staff training.

Recorded for the file

A certificate is issued after the session. Attendance and completion are available for workplace training records and audit.

WHS compliance benefits

Under work health and safety duties, a business must provide information, training and instruction that is suitable for the work and the risks. A non-accredited session can meet that duty where the risk is specific to the workplace and a national unit does not cover the procedure.

  • Training is matched to the identified hazard, the control and the people exposed to it.
  • Staff are instructed in the organisation’s own reporting, escalation and waste procedure.
  • A certificate gives a dated record that the instruction was delivered, which supports an audit or an incident review.
  • The same approved content can be repeated at other sites, so the control is applied consistently.

It does not replace a nationally recognised unit where a statement of attainment is required. It sits beside that pathway for workplace-specific instruction.

Frequently asked questions

Is this nationally accredited?

No. These sessions are non-accredited workplace training. They do not result in a statement of attainment or a USI outcome.

Do staff still receive a certificate?

Yes. A certificate is issued after the session for workplace training records and audit.

Can the content follow our procedure?

Yes. We consult before the day and add or remove elements so the session matches your policies and the roles in the room.

Does this meet a WHS training duty?

It can, where the instruction is suitable for the work and the identified risk. It does not replace a unit that requires a statement of attainment.

Who is it for?

Corporate, aged care, cleaning and operational teams who need in-house training on a WHS procedure, a psychosocial hazard, or waste handling.

How do we start?

Use the enquiry form. Tell us the sites, the cohort and the procedure the session must follow. We will reply with questions and a quote.

Where is it delivered?

On site, Australia-wide. The practical session runs in your training room, crib room or site office.

Can the same session run at more than one site?

Yes. One approved program can be delivered at multiple locations so each team hears the same standard.

How long is a session?

Length is set with the content. A focused workplace session is usually shorter than a full accredited unit.

What do we need to provide?

A room, access for the trainer to unload equipment, and the policies or procedure the session must follow.

Is there pre-course work?

Not unless we agree it. Most non-accredited sessions are delivered on the day from the agreed outline.

Who receives the certificates?

Each participant is sent their own certificate after the session. A copy of all certificates is sent to the training manager or the person nominated at booking.
