Why Australian Lifesaver Training
We work with more than one registered training organisation so your people receive a training experience that suits the site, the cohort and the way they learn. We discuss the requirement with you, then deliver the training under the RTO best placed to support that group.
Each RTO brings a particular strength. Our advantage is the ability to select the strength that serves your people. You receive one point of contact, a clear recommendation, and training delivered on site under the organisation that will issue the statement of attainment.
Crews on a mine or remote site benefit from a practical assessment that works in the crib room or site office. We select an RTO whose delivery supports that environment.
Where a group prefers a simpler online step, we choose a pathway with clear pre-course guidance and support on the day, so every person can participate with confidence.
One discussion covers the unit, the locations and the people in the room. We confirm the RTO, the date and the quote before enrolment opens.
Accredited training is issued on behalf of the selected RTO once each person is assessed as competent. Records are sent to your nominated training manager.
We ask about the unit, the site and the team. You tell us how the group learns best and what we can implement to best support your team.
We train and deliver on behalf of ABC Licence Training RTO 3399, which allows us to focus completely on training outcomes and compliance is managed by the RTO.
Theory is completed in the agreed format. The practical session is face to face, and certificates are sent to the booking contact.
Engaging onsite compliance training that satisfies regulations while keeping your team laughing.
Need. A contracting crew needed both units on site, where a fully digital assessment was not the right fit.
Approach. We recommended an RTO with a practical assessment and delivered the session in the crib room.
Result. Certificates were sent to the training manager after each person was assessed as competent.
Need. A school needed HLTAID011 for staff, with CPR renewed the following year.
Approach. Trainers held a Working with Children Check. Theory was completed online and the practical ran on campus.
Result. The school kept one booking contact for both visits.
Need. One employer needed the same unit for teams at two offices.
Approach. We confirmed the cohort and quoted travel with each date.
Result. Statements of attainment were issued to the one training manager.
The best choice is the provider who can match the training to the people in the room. We do that by listening first, recommending a solution, and delivering the practical session at your site.
You explain the team, the site and the unit once. We return a recommendation, a date and a quote, so the decision is clear before anyone enrols.
Mining crews, corporate teams and groups who prefer guided support are not forced into one pathway. The RTO is chosen to support that group.
The practical session comes to your training room, crib room or campus. Staff stay on site, and certificates are sent to your training manager.
Currency dates are known from the first session. We can plan the CPR refresh and the three-year first aid renewal with the same contact.
