Refunds
Refund policy
This policy covers confirmed onsite training booked with Australian Lifesaver Training. Public class bookings are handled on the Coolangatta First Aid or Grafton First Aid site.
Deposit
A confirmed onsite booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit holds the trainer and the date.
Cancellation
If an onsite class is cancelled two months or less before the training date, the full price is charged.
Changing a date
We will try to work with you to move a date. Additional administration or costs will be added if the change needs them, including trainer travel already committed.
Numbers
Quotations are prepared on the participant numbers advised and confirmed at booking. That quotation stands if attendance is lower than advised, or if numbers are reduced after confirmation. Fees are set by group size. A higher number of participants attracts a lower fee per person. Clients are asked to confirm numbers as accurately as possible before accepting a quotation.
